As a super sprint distance triathlon, this event is ideal for triathletes at all performance levels. If you’re looking for a fast paced triathlon through beautiful surroundings, then this is your race.
The swim takes place in the idyllic setting of Fritton Lake, following a 400m course marked by large inflatable buoys. Next, the 14km cycle leg of the race follows quiet public roads through the equally outstandingly beautiful Somerleyton Hall Estate. Before coming into the finish you will complete a one lap 2.5km run around clearly marked trail paths of Fritton Lake Country ParkTraining Day
Be sure you are fully prepared for your triathlon at Fritton Lake in June 2014. There is no better way to prepare than to be coached by the race organisers, who themselves; are experienced triathletes and qualified coaches. We go through every aspect of the race from start to finish, covering coaching points to be sure you enjoy every second of your race.
