As part of the massively popular Fritton Lake Triathlon Weekend, this sprint distance triathlon event takes in the beautiful aspects provided by Fritton Lake and the surrounding area.  It includes an open water swim in Fritton Lake, followed by a cycle leg along the public roads around the Somerleyton Hall Estate.  Once completing the bike course, the run consists of two laps along marked trails around the country park.

Training Day
Be sure you are fully prepared for your triathlon at Fritton Lake in June 2014. There is no better way to prepare than to be coached by the race organisers, who themselves; are experienced triathletes and qualified coaches. We go through every aspect of the race from start to finish, covering coaching points to be sure you enjoy every second of your race.
